How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Undergroundfuture Mold Help wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Undergroundfuture Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service.

If you have a problem with work done in your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Undergroundfuture Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Steps to File a Complaint

Email contact@undergroundfuture.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
